No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the Department of Motor Vehicles and the Comptroller of Public Accounts, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
