No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 25 of the Tax Code to expand the confidentiality of home addresses in appraisal records to include an employee of a public defender's office.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
