Based on the analysis of the Department of Insurance, Texas A&M University System Administrative & General Offices, University of Texas System Administration, Texas State University System, Texas Tech University System Administration, University of North Texas System Administration, and the University of Houston System Administration, any duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by the utilizing existing resources.
