IN RE:
HB3466 by Campos (Relating to the administration of a grant program for the establishment and expansion of community collaboratives.), As Engrossed
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would establish a community collaboratives fund as a special fund within the state treasury that consists of legislative appropriations for the purpose of the fund, any revenue dedicated by law to the fund, interest or other earnings on money in the fund, and gifts, grants, or donations. It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.
This legislation would do one or more of the following: create or recreate a dedicated account in the General Revenue Fund, create or recreate a special or trust fund either in, with, or outside the Treasury, or create a dedicated revenue source. The fund, account, or revenue dedication included in this bill would be subject to funds consolidation review by the current Legislature.
