IN RE:
HB3654 by Davis (relating to the suspension of a public school student for engaging in certain conduct against an employee or volunteer of a school district.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.
Local Government Impact
The bill would required school districts to update their student code of conduct as well as any of their local documentation to reference the new Disciplinary Action Reason Code. However, no significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
