No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

The bill's provisions would allow school districts that opt in to allowing certain non-enrolled students to participate in University Interscholastic League activities to receive an entitlement equal to $1,500 per league activity in which the non-enrolled student participates each year.
