No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code to require the Secretary of State (SOS) to establish a pilot program for the production of a paper receipt verifying voter participation in certain counties.  According to the SOS, there would be no significant fiscal impact from this pilot program.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
