IN RE:	HB3745 by Goldman (Relating to the procedure for maintaining the qualification of land for appraisal for ad valorem tax purposes as qualified open-space land.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would prohibit a chief appraiser from requiring a landowner to file a report on the implementation of a written management plan more than once every five years.
