No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Insurance Code to allow certain individuals retiring from Windham ISD to participate in the Texas Employees Group Benefits Program.  This analysis assumes any costs incurred from implementing the provisions of the bill can be absorbed using existing resources.
