HB4073 by Lozano (Relating to the renewal of certain expired certificates issued by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection; authorizing a fee.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Texas Commission on Fire Protection to establish procedures for the renewal of certificates that have been expired for more than one year but less than five years. It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
