No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Department of Family and Protective Services to maintain an electronic record of the status of a home study of a potential relative or designated caregiver. 

It is assumed any costs to the Department of Family and Protective Services could be absorbed within existing resources. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
