No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Board of Plumbing Examiners, the Alcoholic Beverage Commission, the Health and Human Services Commission, the Department of Family and Protective Services, the Texas Medical Board, the Board of Dental Examiners, the Texas Board of Nursing, the Behavioral Health Executive Council, the Optometry Board, and the Board of Pharmacy, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the bill's provisions could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
