HB4351 by Noble (Relating to the training program required for certain employees of the Department of Family and Protective Services.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would remove the requirement that an employee must complete training prior to initiating an investigation of a report of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an elderly person or person with a disability and prior to providing protective services to an elderly person or person with a disability

It is assumed that any costs to the Department of Family and Protective Services could be absorbed within existing resources.
