No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend a section of the Government Code relating to the electronic system to monitor tuition exemptions for veterans and family members. 

It is assumed there would be no significant fiscal implication to the state. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
