The bill would require the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to make its training courses that it provides to TxDOT employees, available to a person required to receive training under the provisions of the bill. The bill would require TxDOT, in coordination with toll project entities, to determine the types of employees and contractors who are subject to the training requirements.
