IN RE:	HB4997 by Kuempel (Relating to a campus of the Texas State Technical College System located in Comal County and Guadalupe County.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would codify a campus operating as collective unit in Comal County and Guadalupe County as a component location of Texas State Technical College. While the bill does not make an appropriation, it would enable such a campus of TSTC to receive direct state appropriations in the future, including formula and small institution supplement funding. Potential future costs related to formula calculations are unknown at this time.
