No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would repeal Section 2171.104(b), Government Code, which requires the Texas Department of Transportation, Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas, Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, Parks and Wildlife Department, and Texas Department of Criminal Justice to assist the Office of Vehicle Fleet Management within the Comptroller's office, in preparing the management plan for the state's vehicle fleet.
