HB5305 by Holland (Relating to the dissolution of the Rockwall County Municipal Utility District No. 10.), As Introduced

The fiscal implications of the bill cannot be determined due to the consequences stemming from dissolution of the Rockwall County Municipal Utility District No. 10 being unknown.

The bill would require the directors of the Rockwall County Municipal Utility District No. 10 to wind up the affairs of the district and would dissolve the district on the 60th day after the bill's effective date.

As the outcome of future bond elections and the terms of any agreements between the district and third parties pertaining to construction in the district are unknown, including whether the State may be held responsible for any outstanding obligations, the fiscal implications of the bill cannot be determined at this time.
