SB335 by Schwertner (Relating to meetings of the Family and Protective Services Council held using certain telecommunication devices.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Department of Family and Protective Services to maintain two-way communication for public testimony and require the agency to pause the meeting if connection is disrupted. It is assumed that any related costs would be insignificant.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
