No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the Texas Medical Board, the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, the Texas Board of Nursing, and the Department of State Health Services, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
