No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service, and the Department of Public Safety, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the bill could be accomplished with existing resources.
