No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based upon the analysis of the Texas Medical Board, the Alcoholic Beverage Commission, the Board of Pharmacy, the Health and Human Services Commission, the Department of Public Safety, the Board of Plumbing Examiners, the Texas Board of Nursing, the Behavioral Health Executive Council, the Optometry Board, and the Department of Family and Protective Services, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the bill's provisions could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
