No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that any cost implications associated with the bill would be insignificant.

It is also assumed that there would be an increase in certificate of locations issued by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department resulting in an insignificant revenue gain to the state.  


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
