No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Public Utility Commission of Texas, Texas Division of Emergency Management, and the Texas A&M University System Administration, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
