No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Public Utility Commission of Texas, Railroad Commission, Texas Division of Emergency management, and Texas A&M University System, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provision of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
