Based on the analysis of the Real Estate Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

It is assumed that any fiscal impact to units of local government associated with enforcement, prosecution, supervision, or confinement relating to the criminal penalty of misrepresenting qualifications would not be significant.
