No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend sections of the Government Code relating to employment preference for members of the military and their spouses for positions at state agencies. 

Based on the analysis, it is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
