No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 25 of the Tax Code to expand the confidentiality of home addresses in appraisal records to include a current or former attorney for the Department of Family and Protective Services.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
