SB1659 by Schwertner (Relating to the sunset review process and certain governmental entities subject to that process.), As Passed 2nd House
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would make changes to the Sunset review schedule affecting several agencies and remove the Bandera County River Authority and Groundwater District from Sunset review. It is assumed that any related costs could be absorbed using existing resources.
