No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources. 

Local Government Impact

There could be an impact on municipalities related to implementing procedures for reviewing property development applications, conducting development inspections, delegating approval responsibility to third-party reviewers, and auditing the work of a third-party reviewer with a third-party auditor.
