SB2314 by Hughes (Relating to a membership interest in a limited liability company subject to a charging order.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Business Organizations Code to clarify the application of charging orders for both single-member and multiple-member limited liability companies.

According to the Office of the Attorney General, any additional work resulting from the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
