No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration, the Office of the Attorney General, the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the Texas Medical Board, the Board of Dental Examiners, and the Behavioral Health Executive Council, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
