Pursuant to a notice posted on March 3, 2023, and permission granted on March 6, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Jetton, at 10:05 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Jetton; Rose; Gates; Orr; and Stucky.

A quorum was present.

(Representatives Wu, and Howard now present.)

The Subcommittee on Article II met to consider House budget recommendations for Article II.

At 12:57 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until during reading and referral of bills.

The committee reconvened at 3:05 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Jetton.

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Jetton; Howard; Orr; and Wu.

A quorum was present.

(Representatives Stucky, Rose, and Gates now present.)

The Subcommittee on Article II met to consider House budget recommendations for Article II.

At 3:35 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
