Pursuant to a notice posted on February 16, 2023, and permission granted on February 22, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative González, Mary, at 8:07 a.m.
