Pursuant to a notice posted on February 16, 2023, and permission granted on February 22, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII, & VIII met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Walle, at 8:02 a.m.
