Pursuant to a notice posted on August 6, 2024, the House Committee on International Relations & Economic Development met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Button, at 1:35 p.m.

Evaluate the current state of the early childhood education industry. Review current early childhood policies and evaluate their effectiveness, including barriers to enter the Child Care Services program.
