Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 24, 2023, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Criminal Procedure,  met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bhojani, at 7:09 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Bhojani; Bowers; and Cook.

A quorum was present.

The chair directed that the April 18, 2023 minutes for the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Criminal Procedure be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

At 7:10 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
