Pursuant to a notice posted on March 15, 2023, and permission granted on March 20, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Goldman, at 3:05 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Goldman; Anderson; Bailes; Darby; Gerdes; and Thierry.

A quorum was present.
