Pursuant to a notice posted on May 5, 2023, the House Committee on General Investigating met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Murr, at 8:45 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Murr; Johnson, Ann; Geren; Longoria; and Spiller.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

 

Representative Spiller offered the following motion in writing:

I move to adopt the committee report in MATTER B and direct the chair to file the report with the speaker and the chief clerk.
