Pursuant to a notice posted on March 29, 2023, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kuempel, at 11:53 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kuempel; Paul; Bucy; Burns; Burrows; Cole; González, Mary; Howard; and Lalani.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

The chair directed that the March 20, 2023 minutes for the House Committee on Higher Education be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
