CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 3, 2023, the House Committee on Higher Education authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Higher Education held on May 2, 2023. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 2, 2023, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kuempel, at 8:01 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kuempel; Paul; Bucy; Burns; Clardy; Cole; Howard; and Lalani.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

HB 2171

 

The chair laid out HB 2171 as pending business.

 

Representative Paul moved that HB 2171, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
