Pursuant to a notice posted on May 3, 2023, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kuempel, at 8:10 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kuempel; Paul; Bucy; Burns; Cole; and Howard.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

Representative  Kuempel moved that the May 1, 2023 minutes for the House Committee on Higher Education be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
