Pursuant to a notice posted on May 10, 2023, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kuempel, at 10:20 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kuempel; Paul; Burrows; González, Mary; Howard; and Raney.

 

A quorum was present.
