Pursuant to a notice posted on March 7, 2023, and permission granted on March 8, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on House Administration met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Metcalf, at 2:31 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Metcalf; Anchía; Harless; Kuempel; Landgraf; Moody; and Zwiener.

A quorum was present.

Representative Metcalf recognized Representative Landgraf to explain the House Personnel Manual and proposed changes.

(Representative Harris, Cody now present.)

(Representative Orr now present.)

Representative Landgraf moved to adopt the House Personnel Manual and approve the policies, procedures, and delegations of the Committee’s authority contained therein.

The motion prevailed without objection.

At 2:40 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
