Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 19, 2023, the House Committee on House Administration met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Metcalf, at 2:18 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Metcalf; Cole; Anchía; Harless; Harris, Cody; Kuempel; Landgraf; Orr; and Walle.

A quorum was present.

HB 5125

The chair laid out HB 5125 as pending business.

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

(Representative Zwiener now present.)

The substitution was adopted without objection.

The chair moved that HB 5125, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Metcalf; Cole; Anchía; Harless; Harris, Cody; Kuempel; Landgraf; Orr; Walle; Zwiener (10).

Nays:                           None (0).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representative Moody (1).

The chair laid out SCR 22 as pending business.

The chair moved that SCR 22, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representative Moody (1).

At 2:22 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
