Pursuant to a notice posted on April 5, 2023, revised twice on April 6, 2023, and once on April 10, 2023, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 10, 2023, the House Committee on Defense & Veterans' Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Wilson, at 2:07 p.m.
