Pursuant to a notice posted on March 3, 2023, and permission granted on March 8, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Health Care Reform, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harless, at 8:01 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Harless; Howard; Bucy; Frank; Klick; Price; and Walle.
