Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 24, 2023, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Ken, at 7:08 p.m.

The chair laid out SB 60 as the companion to HB 3656.

Representative Goldman moved that SB 60, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Representative Walle moved that SB 926, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
