Pursuant to a notice posted on May 11, 2023, revised on May 15, 2023, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 15, 2023, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Burns, at 8:32 a.m.
