Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 19, 2023, and permission granted on May 19, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Burns, at 6:01 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Burns; Rogers; Bell, Cecil; Bell, Keith; Buckley; Ortega; and Schofield.

A quorum was present.

SB 369

The chair laid out SB 369 as pending business.

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

The chair moved that SB 369, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Burns; Rogers; Bell, Cecil; Bell, Keith; Buckley; Schofield (6).

Nays:                           Representative Ortega (1).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representatives Reynolds; Sherman, Sr. (2).

At 6:03 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
